Our Evolving Donation Model Oct. 2025

When Mane Wishes was first founded, our vision was simple yet powerful — for every wig sold, another would be donated. That promise came from a genuine desire to help women facing medical hair loss feel beautiful, confident, and seen.

As the business grew, I realized that this model, while heartfelt, wasn’t sustainable for the long-term health of the company. One option would have been to donate lower-quality wigs, but that didn’t align with our standard of excellence or integrity. I never want to compromise quality — not for our customers, and not for the women we give to.

In 2025, we proudly donated several thousands worth of wigs to women in need. Still, my heart longs to do more — and we will. Moving forward into 2026, we are restructuring our donation model so that we can continue to grow as a brand while still providing beautiful, high-quality wigs to women experiencing financial hardship during medical hair loss.

To everyone who has supported this mission and reached out with kind words about our charitable efforts — thank you. Your encouragement means more than you know. This update comes from a place of honesty and alignment. It was never my intention to make a promise I couldn’t keep, and I believe integrity requires transparency.

Our heart for giving remains unchanged. We’re simply creating a model that allows us to give sustainably, with excellence, and with the same love that Mane Wishes was founded on.
