Please note that by cutting the lace on your wig or opting for the lace cutting service, it disqualifies the wig from being returned or exchanged. All custom wig/ topper orders are final sale.
Mane Wishes Store Policy as of April 2025
At Mane Wishes, your confidence and peace of mind matter just as much as your dream hair. We want you to feel completely secure in your investment—so if your wig isn’t quite what you expected, rest easy.
We offer a 7-day exchange or refund policy on made-to-order and ready-to-ship wig orders (minus a $150 restock, sanitation, and restyling fee to maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards).
All custom wig/ topper orders are final sale. Wig and topper orders that opt for the lace cutting service are also final sale.
How It Works (Step-by-Step Return Process):
- Contact us at contact@manewishes.com within 7 days of the date your wig was delivered.
- We’ll provide detailed return instructions by email or text.
- Send your wig back in its original packaging, along with any included items.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.
- If eligible, you’ll receive a refund. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to process.
To Qualify for a Refund or Exchange:
• The wig must be in its original condition—unworn, unaltered, and with the lace uncut.
• Please wear a wig cap when trying it on for hygiene reasons.
• Wigs that show signs of wear, alterations, product use, or odors will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trusted carrier with tracking confirmation.
Please note: The $150 restock fee ensures that every Mane Wishes wig is professionally sanitized and restyled, so each client receives the same pristine, luxurious experience—every single time.
Custom & Made-to-Order Wig Policy
We lovingly handcraft each custom wig with your preferences in mind. If any materials for your order are unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives—or you may choose to wait until the original materials are restocked.
If none of the available alternatives work for you, you may choose to cancel your order and your refund will be processed within 10 days.
Please note that once production has begun chances cannot be made to you order.
Processing & Delivery
We believe in luxury without compromise. For each custom and made to order wig—please allow 4–6 weeks for us to craft and deliver your dream hair.
Need it fast? We’ve got you. Ready-to-Ship wigs will be shipped within 5-7 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number within that same window.
